Drag, drop, you're online.

Agencies and freelancers in Nepal typically quote somewhere between Rs 15,000 and Rs 300,000 for an online store, depending on how custom it is — and you pay again for changes. Site Builder is Rs 10,000 a year on top of your Qustomer plan, and you make changes yourself. The trade-off is that you are working with themes and sections rather than a bespoke design.

Yes. Web checkout takes the same payment methods as your counter — eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay — and the sale is billed through the same IRD-approved, CBMS-integrated system, so online revenue is not a separate reconciliation problem at the end of the month.

No. Site Builder is drag-and-drop: pick a theme, drop in the sections you want, edit text and images in place, and hit publish. If you can move a card around a screen, you can build your site.

No. Your catalog syncs straight from the Qustomer business app — products, prices, photos, and availability. Change a price once and it updates at your counter and on your website at the same time.

Yes. Every store gets a free yourstore.qustomer.shop address the moment you publish, and you can connect a domain you already own whenever you're ready. HTTPS is issued and renewed for you.

Not a separate login. It's the same Qustomer account you already use at qustomer.app, so there's one dashboard and no second CMS to learn. Site Builder is a paid add-on though — Rs 10,000 a year on top of your plan, rather than bundled into it.

Yes. Stamp cards, points, tiers, and available rewards render on your public storefront, and customers redeem them at web checkout the same way they do at your counter. It's one loyalty balance, not two.

In the same order stream as your in-store, pickup, scheduled, and delivery orders — on the POS and on the kitchen ticket screen. Online revenue also lands beside in-store sales in your finance dashboard, so there's nothing to reconcile.

Most businesses publish the same day. A theme, your logo, and a catalog that's already in Qustomer is genuinely all it takes.
